VHS to DVD Terms and Conditions
While we endeavour to keep all the information on this website update and accurate please contact us for current prices or individual quotes.
Bulk discounts are available on certain services.
Whilst we endeavour to produce DVDs of the highest quality, this is primarily
controlled by the quality of the original VHS. All VHS go through HDMI upscaling, though if footage is blurred or the tape is damaged, this cannot be rectified.
Furthermore, whilst every care
will be taken with the VHS tape, we cannot be held responsible if tapes are
damaged due mechanical fault with the tape itself.
Should a tape not be able to transfer onto DVD due to mechanical fault with the
tape, there will be no charge for that tape.
Contents of your VHS/DVD will be held with strictest confidentiality, and will
not be viewed by anyone outwith Silly Wee Films.
We regret we are unable to transfer any material for which you do not own the
copyright, eg: commercial films.
Payment must be made prior to the DVD being dispatched. This can be by cheque,
postal order, Paypal transfer or (if hand delivering tapes) cash. Please to not
post cash as we cannot be responsible if it goes missing.
